Het is bizar. We staan voor een enorme uitdaging door de vergrijzing en de zorg kreunt nu al onder de werkdruk, maar toch staan er een hoop assistentiewoningen leeg. Nochtans ligt daar een deel van de oplossing. Wat gaat er mis?<\/p>\n

Wel, het mediaanloon in Belgi\u00eb is \u20ac 3.550 bruto, een stuk lager dus dan het gemiddelde loon van \u20ac 3.832. Dat verschil wordt veroorzaakt door een relatief kleine groep van grootverdieners die het gemiddelde omhoogtrekt. De grootste groep Belgen<\/strong>, 69% van alle werknemers, verdient ergens tussen de \u20ac 2.000 en \u20ac 4.250 bruto<\/strong> per maand. Al die mensen gaan natuurlijk op een gegeven moment op pensioen waardoor dat inkomen nog een stuk terugzakt.
