De spaarrente is laag en de beurs gaat alle kanten op. Vastgoed is al jaren een belegging die <strong>stabiele opbrengsten <\/strong>biedt maar die, in zijn klassieke vorm, veel werk en zorgen met zich meebrengt. Huurders zoeken, herstellingen, wanbetalingen opvolgen,&#8230; de lijst is lang. Dat is exact de reden waarom beleggers die daar geen zin in hebben, een hotelkamer kopen als investering. De hotelkamers in ons aanbod worden <strong>uitgebaat door sterke merken<\/strong> als Radisson Blu, Ibis en Mercure. Zij dragen zorg voor je belegging terwijl jij van de inkomsten geniet. Bekommernissen over wanbetalers, leegstand en administratie zijn dus niet aan de orde. Maar hotelvastgoed heeft nog meer voordelen:<\/p>\n<h2>Meer rendement dan spaarrekening<\/h2>\n<p>Met een\u00a0<strong>inflatie van 5,6 %<\/strong> is elke \u20ac 100 op je spaarrekening slechts \u20ac 94,40 euro waard. Door je spaargeld letterlijk te laten wegkwijnen op je spaarrekening verlies je dus een hoop geld. Investeerders met vastgoed in hun beleggingsportefeuille hebben daar bijzonder weinig last van. Dankzij de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.unibricks.be\/nl\/blog\/tips\/spaargeld-beschermen-tegen-inflatie-in-4-stappen\/\">jaarlijkse indexatie<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0genieten zij momenteel ten volle van hun\u00a0<strong>inflatiebestendige investering(en)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ga vooral op zoek naar een hotelinvestering waarbij je een\u00a0<strong>percentage<\/strong>\u00a0ontvangt\u00a0<strong>van alle opbrengsten<\/strong>. Als je kamer dan toevallig een periode leegstaat, omwille van onderhoud bijvoorbeeld, is dat geen enkel probleem want jij ontvangt sowieso opbrengsten.
